The biggest bakery and snack enterprise of Northern Germany
The family enterprise founded in 1897, which is owned and managed in the fourth generation by Axel and Patrick Junge, is one of the biggest bakery and snack enterprises in Northern Germany with over 140 subsidiaries. Not only does the firm produce its own bakery products in four bakeries in Luebeck, Rostock and Greifswald but also largely distributes them to premium bakeries and cafes. In Hamburg the firm is known as Hansebaecker Junge. In other regions of Northern Germany it is also known as Stadtbaeckerei Junge.
