Since the beginning of the 90’s the traditional enterprise in Lueneburg/Germany has been one of the most loyal customers of PUNKTEINS GmbH. Starting with the conversion of existing buildings while production was continuing to the new construction of warehouses for ready-made products, PUNKTEINS has finally reached the “biggest project”.

A high rack warehouse with over 30.000 palette storage spaces is being planned

Intensive preliminary work with visualisations, studies of shading, photo-realistic aerial views and a presentation of various design alternatives had a strong influence on the acceptance of the property developer.

The challenge began with the difficult search for a suitable location on the highly developed premises of the enterprise. Besides the desired optimal connection to internal logistics, fire prevention regulations, the needs of neighbours as well as urbanite requirements had to be clarified in connection with this striking building.
