PUNKTEINS received an existing design for a new building of a subsidiary from the firm Kamps AG. The order consisted of optimising the functionality of the planned building and to adapt it to the current demand. The docking system for Lorries was completely revised and the proposal of PUNKTEINS as a standard for further planning adopted by Kamps AG.

A lean and concentrated project management made this possible. Starting with taking into account of personnel flows, this also entails the use of an efficient building technique and ends with the disposal of return shipments.

With this project it could be made clear to the property developer that, through the know-how of the general planners from the food business, the quality standards could be increased without any additional costs to the building.
