700 m² On the built-up area cooling storage capacities and the production area were to be expanded. This planning task was solved by a lean design which took advantage of the whole existing length of the buildings. The building which was erected in front of the existing premises not only reflects the image of the original design. In the interior it also conforms to the very high hygienic standards of the delicatessen industry. |
