PUNKTEINS played an active role in the conception and preliminary development of a unified architectural solution for the newly planned CHP (combined heat and power plant). PUNKTEINS’ separate elements were involved during the very early stages of system concept development for the new power plant. Its many years of experience in industrial construction, specifically the optimization of outlet flow and the use of synergy effects were invaluable.

The planning and drafting was further developed as commissioned by the syndicate - PUNKTEINS Ltd. /Steinmüller Engineering Ltd. / Jander Energietechnik Inc. The planning area for PUNKTEINS, architecture and building services planning was applied to the plant layout and the cost was determined.

Responsibility for the architectural and building services planning included plant layout and determining a budget.
